Valentines Day

Valentines Day was so nice and warm outside we just let the boys play and took pictures.

Layne sent Corbin's girlfriend Amy a Valentine because he drew of picture of her at school and said it was his girlfriend Amy, so we sent it to her. Well then Layne said, maybe Amy will send me a Valentine in the mail. So I asked her if I could give him one and pretend like it was from her. So I did, he went to the mailbox to look and you should have seen his face, it was priceless!! He was so excited!! It was way cute! He just thinks the world of Amy and we do to!

Casey surprised me with this ring! I saw a flyer and wanted it but it was on ly on special for 4 days and I didn't think Casey got it because we were so busy that weekend. So all Valentines weekend I kept saying I know you didn't get it, but I am keeping my hopes up and we would joke around about it. Well he gave me the box with a picture of the ring in it and I threw it accross the kitchen! Just kind of playfully because it had been a joke all weekend, but then he handed the ring to me. I love it! He is the best! It is a ruby.

We went to the mall on Valentines and got Crew these little shoes! I love them! And Casey got a cd player for his truck, and Layne got a new cowboy shirt, the Smurfs dvd, some new pj's, and some Hot Wheels cars.

We had such a fun Valentines! Casey and I went out over the weekend and we went to the mall and to NYPD pizza, our favorite pizza place! It was a fun night out! And on Valentines we went to the mall again with the kids and Best Buy and then Casey's parents met us at the same pizza place again, it was fun. We had a great day! I love my family and was so gald we got to spend the day together!

Cashing in the funds!

Well, Layne is such a big boy now! He is in the CTR class at church, I can't believe it! And this is his little mission bank, we cash it in every year and this year he had 153.00$! He now has about 330.00$ in his bank account. I said to him "You are rich buddy! You can go on a fun trip or something!" And he said "Mom, this money is for my mission!" It was so cute!

Layne had been dying to play in the snow, so I finally bundled him all up and him and Casey played in it, he had a blast!!

Layne's first Field Trip

Layne's class had been learning about health and fitness so they got to go on a field trip to Lady Fitness. It was so much fun for him! They got to learn about nutrition and then they got to do some exercising. When they were exercising he kept saying, "this dance is weird!" It was so funny!

Pajama Day at School!

In January Layne's preschool did a pajama and pancake party, he loved it! It was so fun for him and he loves pancakes!! He looked so cute too!

He just keeps getting cuter and cuter! I didn't even think that was possible! But I guess it is. He is so much fun and so cute right now and saying everything!!

He still on only has 6 teeth, but his two bottom molers are on there way in. He goes to bed at 7:30pm and sleep until 8:30am, he still takes about 2 naps on most days. He is just so happy and he is hilarious!! He makes us laugh so hard! We finally got him some shoes, they are little DC's they are so cute! We just love this little guy, I can't get enough of him! He also loves to slide down the stairs with Layne, it is so cute! He loves being outside, we are really looking forward to spring!

Casey's family put a bunch of funny things that Casey did growing up on all of these signs and Casey had to stand up and tell a story about all of them, it was really funny!

We had a slide show of a bunch of pictures of Casey, and the box says to Mr. I never get anything and we put all of hsi presents in there. When he was little he would always say at Christmas that he never got anything so one year his mom and dad put all of his presents in a big box and wrote that on the outside of it and he coudln't figure out why he didnt have any presents.
