So, my husband was so romantic this year with his gifts. He got on the internet to find out what gifts you are supposed to give for your 5 year anniversary and SILVERWARE was one of them, so he got me this little spatula because he knew I had been wanting one.

These were a just because, and we are both Utes fans, but this did make 5 presents

The PINK TORLAMINE STONE is the 5th year stone so he got me this beautiful necklas from Kay Jewelers with the pink stone and the circle means eternity.

Then WOOD was one of the 5th year gifts so he got me this darling wood picture frame and put a picture of us from our honey moon in it. He even went to Quilted Bear to get it!

And DAISIES are the 5th year anniversary flower, so when we got to our Hotel in Bosie (which we stayed at on our wedding night) there were this beautiful boquet of Daises awating me!

We are having a...............

Boy!!!!!! We are so excited! I was very shocked because I really, really felt like I was having a girl. The doctor said that she is 85% sure it is a boy. Layne will be so excited to have a brother to play with. I have had the butterflies in my stomache all day! I think because I wanted a girl so bad, but kind of knew it was going to be a boy. I have been asking Casey this whole time what he felt like we were having and he always said "I really don't have any feelings one way or the other." I think one time he did say he felt like it was a boy but I was like no you don't, it is a girl! Well on the way home from the doctor he said" I didn't want to tell you this because you were so sure it was a girl and I didn't want to make you feel bad, but I felt really strong the whole time that it was going to be a boy." So I guess maybe dads do have a motherly instinct too. :) Anyway, the doctor said everything looks great! So I am just so excited that he is healthy and everything looks great! I feel very blessed for that. If anyone has any name suggestions they would be greatly appreciated! I can't think of any that I like! Of course I had my girl name picked out, but when it comes to boy names I am drawing a blank!

Layne eating his ice cream cone!

At the Pool In Lava

We had such a great weekend in Lava! I love camping and even though we were in our tent is really wasn't that bad. We met my sister there from Boise and we just played cards, ate really good food and went swimming in Lava. The fireworks were pretty fun too! Can't wait to go back. Layne keeps asking when we are going camping again, so hopefully soon!

Youth Conference

Well I am in the young womens now and I had to go to Youth Conference so I made my nephew come with me. We had so much fun! We bowled together and I beat him 121 to 94. Not bad for a pregnant lady! Then we played miniture golf and then Corbin did the indoor surfing thing. It was so much fun! Isn't Corb's a cutie?

Uinta's, Provo Falls, and Taggert

About a month ago my Nephew Corbin came to live with us from Boise and we couldn't wait to show him the Uinta's where we love to go camping. So we took a little deive up there and showed him Provo falls on our way back and then stopped at Taggert to fish before we came home, I just love going up there!

Finally Pregnant again!

Well, I am finally PREGNANT!!! We are so excited and hope that this time this little bun wants to stay in the oven! I am nine weeks along. We have had quite the year of trying. I got pregnant last April and had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. So then we waited a few months to give myself some time to heal and deal with it. As a bonus I was working out and eating good and I lost some weight, so around October 2008, we decided to give it another go. Well i got pregnant again, and thought everything would for sure work out this time there is no way I could have 2 miscarriages in a row! Well, I did. This time I was 8 weeks along and I had to have a d&c. I felt very sad and depressed for quite some time. But the Lord comforted me and let me know that this is just the way things were supposed to be and I felt at peace with it and knew that when the time was right it would happen. Casey also gave me a very nice blessing too that was very comforting. So we have been trying for about 3 or 4 months again and finally something worked!. I feel so blessed and I just have a good feeling about this one. Plus I have been a little sick and they say that is a good sign that it will be a good pregnancy.
