My little Layne

I love this little guy! Words can't even describe how much I love Layne. He is my little buddy. The other night I just went in the toy room and layed down with him and we watched Polar Express. We just snuggled and held hands it was so cute. He always says "mom you wanna snuggle with me?" It is so cute. Then when it snowed on Monday I decided to be a good wife and shovel the driveway so Casey didn't have to do it when he got home. Layne loved it! I got him all bundled up and I shoveled and he played in the snow. We had so much fun! It was so good to get out of the house for a while. And these are Layne'e new cowboy boots that his Grandma bought for him. He loves them and wants to wear them everywhere! Even to church! Layne I love you so much and I am so grateful to have you in my life. You make life so much fun! You really are my favorite little buddy and I love spending time with you!

Happy 28th Birthday Casey!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASEY I LOVE YOU!!!!! Well another year I can't believe it! I am playing a little bit of catch up, his birthday was actually on January 29th, but I am just a little behind! I love my husband so much he really is the best. On his birthday I made up a candy gram and blew up balloons and went to Salt Lake where he was working that day and my sister helped me decorate his truck with balloons and I put this candy gram on his windshield! It was hilarious. I had so much fun doing it! Then that night we went out to dinner to Bella's for mexican food and then to the movies to see Paul Blart in Mall Cop. It was hilarious! We both love Kevin James he does such a god job in the movie! Then the next night we had his family over for a party and he got so many awesome gifts! I got him a big picture from sportsmans that he wanted and a hunting coat and some other stuff. So it was a really fun weekend. I love you casey!

Well I have finally updated my blog! So much has been going on and I just kind of got out of the mood. Well in December I had my 2nd miscarriage. I was only 8 weeks along, thankgoodness, but it was harder than the last because this time I had to get a dnc. But we are doing good now and trying again! I just had to put my faith in the Lord and know that everything happens on his time not ours. I just came to the realization that my next baby is just not ready to come to our family yet and I know it will happen when the time is right. I am so thankful for the gospel, it sure helps me to get through everything in this life! So anyway that kind of put a whole damper on Christmas, but we did have a good holiday and can't belive it is 2009 and January is almost over! But we are looking forward to a very healthy and happy year!

So my nephews came to visit this past weekend. Corbin is 17 and Austin is 15. Corbin brought his girlfriend Cortney and their friend Kayla. It was so much fun! we went to Logan Saturday night and the girls checked out Utah state and then we went to the Bosie State Utah State basketball game. It was so much fun! And sunday Harmony came over and we made a big turkey dinner. It was my first time cooking a turkey and it turned out really good! But we had a good night with everyone and I just adore Harmony's little girl Sophia she is absolutly darling! But I love my family and I am so glad that I got so spend the weekend with my awesome nephews! When they left Layne just kept saying we are gonna miss those guys! We had so much fun together and I miss them like crazy!!!

Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town Concert!

Tonight was so much fun! Well actally my whole day! My friend Emily, her mom, and I went shopping at the Gateway in Salt Lake, then we ate dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory and then we went to the Carrie Underwood concert! It was absolutley amazing! Carrie looked darling as usual and we danced and sang to every song! I did not pay 58$ to just sit there in my seat! We had a blast! Thank you Casey for getting me that concert ticket for my birthday I had such a great night! Can't wait to do it again!

We had such a fun Halloween! I took Layne all around the neighborhood in that little car. He loved it! He would walk right up to the door and say "trick or treat, thank you, Happy Halloween!" It was so cute! He got so much candy and he won't stop eating it! I swear, that kid can never get a belly ache! Casey stayed home and passed out candy. We had a lot of tricker treaters. Then we turned our lights out about 8 oclock and went over to Casey's parents house to see all of Layne's cousins. They all looked so cute and we had such a good time! Layne and I were both pooped when we got home we both passed right out! After eating a little more candy of course. The pictures from the pumpkin patch are not great because Layne was being such a little stinker! He would not let me take his picture, all he wanted to do was look at the tractor! So needless to say we didn't stay at the pumpkin patch very long, but we still had a fun time!
